Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging
    A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must meet the same return conditions: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
